 Vision of the Institution

It is envisioned that CFCST shall serve as center for the development of children of adversity and other disadvantage youths in relevant areas of science and technology necessary to promote, maintain, and sustain regional economic growth and development.

Mission of the Institution

CFCST shall be geared towards liberating Mindanao’s children of adversity and other disadvantage from poverty through the provision of custodial care, basic and higher technological, vocational, and professional apprenticeship.

Goals of the College of Education

1.        Provides quality education and training to the poor but deserving students who shall be effective teachers.

2.        Provide activities and programs that will develop progressive leadership in the field of education.

3.        Develop competent teachers equipped with knowledge & skills and values to uphold the culture and tradition of the Filipinos. 

Objectives of the Program (BEE/BSE) 

1.        To produce competent & qualified graduates who will be effective teachers & change agents in their respective communities.

2.        To train poor and disadvantage youths especially the members of the cultural committees to be effective mentors and instruments in molding the youth to become responsible and productive citizens.

3.        To produce elementary and secondary school teacher who will competently serve in a growing technological environment locally and globally.

4.        To produce graduates who are not only research and extension work oriented but good community leaders as well.
